We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by location:
- Europe: 7-10 business days
- Asia Pacific: 10-14 business days
- Canada: 5-8 business days
- Other regions: 10-21 business days
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order ships with tracking information.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly from the shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging included.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with no signs of wear
- Including all original tags and labels
- In original packaging (if applicable)
How to Return
Step 1: Initiate Return
Log into your account and go to "My Orders" to initiate a return, or contact our customer service team.
Step 2: Receive Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (free for US customers).
Step 3: Package & Ship
Package your item securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Step 4: Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Simply select "Exchange" when processing your return.
If the item you want is out of stock, we'll process a refund and notify you when it becomes available again.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Apple Pay/Google Pay: 5-7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
